Turned the mouse off, pulled the dongle, plugged the keyboard in, re-inserted the dongle, turned the mouse back on (I had changed the batteries yesterday, so that couldnt be it).I notice it the most when I use Adobe Lightroom, when I hover the curser over any of the sliders they automatically scroll to the left (down).
I get the same auto scroll down in any windows boxes (specifically control panel stuff) and any dropdown menus in chrome or IE disappear almost instantly when I click on them. It didnt affect browsing, but affected windows explorer, photos and the menu tray application list. It also affected Excel, but only for left-right scrolling. Bizarre. Made everything more difficult, and made certain things damn near impossible. When I ultimately ran into a problem with no discernible workaround, I spent half an hour searching and came across this post. ![]()
